GRETSCH WHITE PENGUIN (early 50's)
The gem of my collection. An extremely rare bird that I found in Nashville in 1972. To my knowledge less than ten are known to exist. I modified my Penguin back in 74 to make it more playable (Bigsby tailpiece, Tun -O - matic bridge, Grover tuning machines) but all the original parts can be easily replaced. I used this guitar on my first music video, 'The Language of Love' in 1983. It was also the the guitar I used to play the solos on 'As the Raven Flies" on the 'SOUVENIRS' album.
