Westbury NY Music Fair

I have inspired by Dan's music for many years. Dan's performance in Westbury Music Fair on September 15th was his best performance I have seen to date, and there have been many. This was his first concert after sailing for 6 weeks off the coast of Maine. He was chatty and quite funny, as well as moving at times, like when he spoke of his Grandmother, who is 106 years old. Dan claims that she is probably the source of his voice, she is an alto singer, and she sings "God Bless America" daily. He then sang "Forefathers", and sang it beautifully. As you can read from all of the other posts, he opened with "Part of the Plan', and ended with "There's Place In The World For A Gambler", and played all the other songs previous posts have listed. It was a magical night for me to be so close to the stage, I felt like he was in my living room. Thanks Dan for a wonderful evening that I will treasure always. He even grabbed my hand on his way out to make the night complete.
